Our normal day to day brain frequency, Beta, is our least creative brain frequency. We are naturally more creative in the frequencies of Alpha and Theta. Meditation is an effective way of changing brain frequencies. For this reason I have created a guided meditation to assist the process of moving into our more creative brain frequencies.
